Our experience
About us
Emma Scott
As a CEO I gained extensive experience in running major consumer businesses and brands in the UK with all the ups and downs that came with it. I oversaw the global digital transformation of the Beano brand, the creation and successful launch of the UK's digital TV services, Freeview and Freesat and I was Chief of Staff to the BBC Director-General during turbulent times. As a non-executive, I am currently the Chair of World Book Day and was previously the Vice Chair for both Ovarian Cancer Action and the Royal Television Society. As well as Executive Coaching and NED work, I now advise large media and cultural sector organisations on engaging with digital-first Gen Z and Gen A consumers. I’ve been coached throughout my career and I can vouch for the benefits.

Juliet Sotnick
My corporate career focused on designing, creating and delivering highly effective business functions and teams and driving large scale transformation and value-management programmes. I have operated as Chief Procurement & Supply Chain Officer, and Chief Sustainability Officer across a range of industries including financial services, broadcast media, aerospace, defence, civil nuclear and more recently telecommunications infrastructure. I have lived and worked in the UK, Middle East, USA and have operated across geographies including Europe, Africa, Latin America and Australasia. I am now a non-executive director of a UK Government body and a global trustee for a professional Chartered Institute. I have been coached at various pivotal moments in my career and the impact and value this delivered has inspired me to now work with and support senior executives.

I like to think of coaching as the third phase of my career. The first was as a partner in a leading City law firm where I specialised in financial disputes, often involving fraud and frequently international in nature. After 25 years I decided that there had to be more to life and took the decision to change direction. The executive coaching I had at this stage opened my eyes to a future I hadn’t really dared contemplate. I learnt about myself, my motivations & values and it enabled me to look at other possibilities beyond the law. There followed 15 years of working at board level as a non-executive director, chair & trustee across a variety of sectors, both commercial and charitable, ranging from financial services and sport to education and the arts.
